Exceptional stay – thoughtful details made the difference

Our stay at Conrad Xiamen exceeded our expectations. Beyond the excellent location and stunning views, what impressed us most was the attention to detail and consistency of service. Arrival and check-in were seamless, the room was immaculate, and the thoughtful decoration and cake made our stay feel especially personalised. Even the smaller touches stood out — quality toiletries, mouth rinse, dental amenities and bath products were thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was enjoyable with good coffee, and service throughout was warm and attentive. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, returning for a second treatment during our stay. The therapists were professional and skilful, and the overall experience was relaxing and of consistently good quality. Dinner at 鹭城轩 (Lucheng) was another highlight. While priced on the higher tier, the food quality, presentation and attentive service exceeded our expectations and made it well worth the price. True luxury is often found in the details, and Conrad Xiamen delivered them exceptionally well. A memorable stay that felt genuinely worth what we paid — we would gladly return.

Exceptional Service All Around: The hotel manager is incredibly dedicated, taking personal care to ensure every guest feels completely welcome. The entire staff is exceptionally accommodating and consistently attentive. Immaculate Cleanliness: A special shout-out to the very attentive housekeeping staff, who kept our room in pristine condition every single day with absolute care and warmth. Outstanding Dining Experience: The food is of top-tier quality. We were thrilled every day by the fantastic international dishes and the live cooking stations. Fantastic Swimming Pool: The pool area is a true highlight—wonderfully maintained, crystal clear, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. An absolute five-star experience at the Conrad Xiamen. There are very few hotels of this exceptional caliber, and we loved it so much that we even extended our stay by two extra nights!
