    Location felt unsafe

    Shower was good pressure, washing machine handy, fresh towels daily .

    Location was terrible , homeless men at entrance every night , Enter via ally with smelly garbage beside, no light at entrance , given wrong code to get in but that got fixed . It should have been cheaper. I did not feel safe.

    AVOID! LSA by Numa are scammers, you can find so much better in Lisbon for that price!

    This is one of those typical apartments in Lisbon ran by a big company with zero empathy and availability to address any of your issues. Also, they are scammers and they will never answer the phone in case you need anything. We had a reservation for 7 nights for one of our speakers at a conference. There were some issues with her flights and in her personal life so she arrived, checked-in and had to leave Lisbon for a couple of days in the middle of her stay. When she came back, the property had changed the door codes, though her reservation was still valid for 2 more nights. It was a nightmare to contact the property, even Booking admitted that they were struggling to get any answers, and when we did they were super rude. After almost 2 hours of waiting we decided to leave and book another place. We filed a complaint and they were forced to reimburse us the money, but I would advise that you avoid these properties (LSA by Numa) at all costs.

    Everything, these people are scammers, rude and they won't be available to solve any issue that you may have during your stay. You can find so much better in Lisbon for the price you'll pay here.
