    Think very long and hard before booking this property.

    Location

    1. The bathroom is not practically usable. The shower is 60x60cm, and the concertina door reduces the usable space further to roughly 45x45cm. There is no shelf or holder for shampoo/soap, so these are left on the shower floor — but the space is too tight to bend down and reach them. The bidet is positioned directly in front of the sink, making it impossible to stand at the sink to brush teeth or wash hands. Navigating this bathroom with a small child would be extremely difficult. 2. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. One to two days before arrival, we received a message from the host demanding €60 for these. 3. The pans provided are too lightweight for the gas rings and tip over easily — a genuine safety hazard, particularly with a child nearby. 4. The outdoor space is cramped and uncomfortable. 5. The air conditioning unit is old, extremely loud (comparable to a diesel generator), and located on the front terrace — meaning that space is unusable whenever the unit is running. 6. My personal experience with the host was very negative. Without going into detail, I would strongly encourage any solo female traveller, or anyone travelling with children, to think very carefully before booking.
