  Simply do not book the appartment, lack of air, buildings in front of the appartment, you look direct to other house ,no balcony , extremely hot, outdated toilets, dirthy towels. If you want to enjoy you holiday book another appartment

  Good location, but unresolved AC mold, dismissive host and zero refund compromise forced us to leave

  Great location and smooth check-in. The instructions arrived well in advance, and entering the apartment was completely hassle-free.

  General cleanliness was lacking: there were crumbs on the sofa, dust accumulated on baseboards and under the bed, and the towels, while laundered, had visible leftover stains. The most serious issue was the air conditioning unit, which was dirty and contained visible mold. Running it immediately triggered breathing difficulties, asthma, and allergic reactions. Although the host initially responded and sent someone to clean it, they only brushed the unit and applied an anti-mold spray. While the main surface mold was removed, visible residue remained; when turned back on, actual pieces of mold blew out of the vents, and the internal system clearly remained contaminated, continuing to cause severe asthma and respiratory issues. When we followed up, the host became defensive and dismissive—deflecting with petty complaints (like unused extra decorative pillows placed aside on the floor or window blinds pulled down to block the midday heat), claiming we were merely "too sensitive to dust" (completely downplaying the actual mold issue), and condescendingly suggesting we wear face masks inside the apartment. Due to these ongoing health issues, we were forced to check out after staying only 2 out of our 14 booked nights. The host completely refused any compromise or refund for the remaining unused days, with Booking.com only able to provide a partial customer support compensation of less than 14% of the total booking cost. We definitely cannot recommend this accommodation.
