    Ugodan odmor

Soba je uredna i čista, topla i udobna.Hrana je bila odlična.

Ogromne cijene pića uz večeru, mini bara i u wellnesu u koje su uključeni porezi i nameti na cijenu koji nam nisu bili poznati.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds and a lovely spa. We also appreciated being allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking after check-out.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of personal attention from the staff. Despite informing the hotel about my birthday in advance and mentioning it again at reception, there was absolutely no acknowledgement — not even a simple birthday greeting. Breakfast service also needs improvement: used dishes were left on tables for too long, and the sliced kiwi had a strong, unpleasant fishy smell. For a five-star hotel, I expected a much more attentive and proactive approach to guest service. The facilities are excellent, but the hospitality does not quite match the five-star standard.
