Basic Zimmer ohne Alles
Großes Bad, ruhige Lage
Extrem unbequemes Kopfkissen, wenig Steckdosen, Ausstattung zum Kochen wirklich nicht geeignet (keine Messer zum schmieren, Pfanne verbogen), Klimaanlage extrem laut und dreckig, hellhörig zum Nachbarn, kein Personal dadurch nur Erreichbarkeit via Mail oder japanischer Telefonnummer. Für den Preis würde ich nächstes Mal ein Hotel buchen. Zudem haben wir das Personal leider als extrem wenig kulant erlebt. Wir hatten versehentlich 2 Zimmer anstatt einem gebucht und 3 Tage vor Check-in nach einer teilweisen Erstattung oder Erstattung der Reinigungsgebühren gefragt. Es kam leider nur eine Standardantwort, dass die Stornierungsfrist abgelaufen sei. Leider sehr ärgerlich und nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich würde diese self-check-in Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, nächstes Mal lieber ein Hotel oder eine richtige Ferienunterkunft.
