Clean Apartment in a Great Location
The apartment is in a old building on the 4th floor, with no elevator. It has two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment was very clean, and we received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. There were enough towels and we liked the mattress and pillows. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the city walls. It would be nice to have an coffee machine at the apartment.
The stairs are steep and slippery, which makes them difficult to climb. And climbing the 60 steep stairs is challenge, especially with luggage. Downstairs there is a restaurant. This means there can be quite a lot of noise, especially during the weekend. Also there was a constant noise from what sounded like a generator in the main bedroom. We could not sleep there and had to use the bedroom facing the street, which has two single beds. Last but not least we were asked to sign a rental agreement. We believe that should be clearly stated in the listing description of booking.

Really lovely
We had a wonderful stay here. Firstly, Marco was a great host. All the details, instructions and communication was brilliant. We got engaged on this trip and he really went above and beyond for us, helping my partner with flowers and chocolates as a surprise for after the proposal and helping with recommendations for our dinner. He really helped make it special and we really thank him for everything he did for us. The property was very clean, it has air con which was amazing as it was really hot when we were there. Super close to the main area and 5 minute walk to the station. We had a lovely stay and I am sure will be back in the future :)

Heel fijn verblijf op de perfecte locatie!
De locatie is heel fijn. Alles op loopafstand maar toch ver genoeg van het hele drukke gedeelte. Beneden zit een leuk tentje waar wij iedere ochtend cappuccino dronken. Aankomst ging heel soepel en duidelijk uitleg van de verhuurder. Die goed bereikbaar is en snel reageert. De trappen waren inderdaad veel in de hitte. Maar goed te doen. Appartment zelf van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. Babybedje stond netjes klaar. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!
