La posizione di Luce Stellata è buona. Dista una mezz'ora dalle località come Lerici, La Spezia e poco più per le 5 Terre o altri Borghi molto interessanti
L'alloggio Elettra necessita di manutenzioni e soprattutto di una pulizia a fondo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un ingresso poco accogliente. Entrati abbiamo potuto subito notare la scarsa pulizia. Vorrei suggerire alcune migliorie Materasso matrimoniale e annessi cuscini sarebbero da sostituire così come la rete a doghe rotta. In bagno servirebbero dei supporti per gli asciugamani, in cucina, i mobiletti delle pentole dovrebbero essere più puliti e soprattutto nn ci dovrebbero essere le pentole sotto al lavandino con i detersivi. Questo alloggio dispone di uno spazio esterno ma versa in condizioni di degrado. Un ultimo suggerimento lo darei sui rifiuti. Nel parcheggio sono disponibili i bidoni per la raccolta differenziata ma nn c'è nulla dove poter mettere i rifiuti organici. In casa nn si sa dove mettere i sacchetti per la differenziata per poi portarli nell'apposito raccogliere.

Estaba força brut tot en general. Aire a condicionat només ni havia 1 a la habitació de matrimoni feia molta fressa tot i que posava que hi havia aire a tot allotjament

Décevant, mauvais rapport qualité prix
- Stationnement juste à côté du logement - Grand réfrigérateur/congélateur - Vue sur la vallée depuis le salon
- Terrasse en contrebas du logement qui n'est pas accessible directement. Obligé de descendre des escaliers en mauvais état et traverser un jardin pas entretenu avec des morceaux de moquettes qui dépasse du sol et en guise de séparation avec les autres logements - Climatisation juste dans une chambre ne permettant pas de descendre en dessous de 28 degrés dans l'autre chambre et le salon - Aboiements du chien du voisin tous les matins qui donne directement sur les chambres - Matériel de cuisine en très mauvais état
