    Nice decorated place

    Nice decorated apartment with all facilities. Nice shower and good WiFi. Swift reply from host to problems with the frontdoor key.

    The apartment is dark and the lights in the living room needs to be on during daytime. The bed of the master bedroom creaks with every movement. The incheck procedure was not comfortable. I requested a few days before arrival if I could check-in earlier than normal (2PM instead of 3PM) because I had businessmeetings scheduled. They refused to give me a clear answer, until the day of arrival around 1PM that i could come 30min, earlier, but that was of course far too late because my meeting's were way before that scheduled Check-out is already at 10AM, which to my opinion is too early. Normally in hotels and apartments is 11 or 12AM, which is more relaxing. The day of departure the cleaning lady knocked at 10:01 on the door…

    I recently stayed at this property and was quite disappointed with my experince

    Home decoration.

    First and foremost, the location was far from ideal. It was not conveniently situated near any major attractions or amenities, making it difficult to get around and enjoy the area. Hygiene was another major issue. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired. I encountered unpleasant odors and noticed several areas that were not properly cleaned. Security was also a concern during my stay. It made me feel uneasy about the safety of my belongings and personal security. Lastly, the building itself was quite old and seemed to be in need of significant maintenance and updates. The facilities were outdated, and the overall ambiance was uninviting.

    Communication, heating in the flat able to set up based on our preference, comfortable flat.
