    Comfortable and near the lake

Great location. Right next to to the funicular from the train station. Apartment was nicely set up; the multiple beds were helpful. Blackout drapes were good.

    Wished there was a microwave

    Cockroaches

The accommodation itself is great. Location too especially if you're traveling by train. Access information to the apartment worked well too.

Unfortunately on my first night there I found several cockroaches in the bathroom. I ended up killing several of them around the apartment. The host was apologedic but was only able to offer me other accommodation on the other side of lake Lugano, so in another town.
