    Communication with host company was terrible.

    Very good location

    Terrible communication with host - repeatedly asked for another set of keys, blankets for beds, apartment is listed as #36, which doesn’t exist in the building. One person said it was ok to leave the keys in the apartment at checkout and another said to go back to lockbox, which is a 20 minute walk.

    Great place but we did have some issues.

    The apartment was amazing. Everything you could ask for. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We were very happy.

    Ok. Couple of downsides. Ss others have commented, collecting and returning keys was infuriating to say the least. 800m walk and then code didn't work. Both collecting and dropping off keys. I complained and I'm sure things will improve. We lost water for 24 hrs. It was an isle with the building and out of the managers control. It would have been nice to offer somewhere to go to the toilet and wash. That didn't happen. Lots of apologies but we needed more empathy and action. These weren't insignificant issues but, in spite of all this, we kept our calm and worked through it with the property manager. So.... don't let our experience turn you off. It's a great place. That's why it scored a 9.

    La calidez de su diseño sobre todo en la sala de living y comedor

    El check in y el acceso por prinera vez fue muy complicado y se hizo poco fluida la comunicación
