  The apartment is truly amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located on the third floor and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is also a lovely small terrace with seating, a table, and a clothes drying rack. Since the terrace faces the main street and the apartment is on a lower floor, there is a bit more street noise. However, it didn't bother us at all. The private parking garage is a great advantage, although the parking spaces are better suited for smaller cars. The rooftop swimming pool is absolutely fantastic. There is a grocery store right in front of the building and an excellent bakery just around the corner. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, across the main square, which is currently being renovated. Once the work is finished, I'm sure it will be a beautiful area. The location was probably our favorite part of the stay. Everything is within easy walking distance. We loved being able to relax by the pool and then quickly walk for an ice cream or take a swim in the sea whenever we felt like it. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. On the day of our arrival, the host sent us a text message with instructions for paying the security deposit and uploading copies of our IDs. Shortly afterwards, we received all the necessary information about collecting the keys, parking, and everything else we needed. The keys are collected at a different location, but it's very easy to get there by car, and it's also manageable on foot. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to stay here again.

  The only small thing was the communication before our arrival. We didn't get any replies to our messages or phone calls, so we were a little worried that we would arrive and not have accommodation, because we had already had this experience once before. However, it may have been because of the language barrier, which we understand. On the day of our arrival, we received all the information we needed about the deposit, key collection, parking, and check-in. Everything was clear, and in the end, everything went smoothly.

  Nous aimons Estepona et cette résidence mais pas la relation avec l’hôte

  Excellent emplacement de la résidence. Extérieur très bien entretenu et propre. Parking un peu étroit mais très pratique et indispensable. Il est très difficile de se garer à l’extérieur. Appartement bien équipé.

  La relation avec l’hôte. Heure prévue d’arrivée 16 heures. Nous pouvions être là à 13h mais l’hôte demandait 15 €. Pourquoi ? Il ne s’est pas déplacé pour nous remettre les clés, il nous a fallu aller les chercher dans une boîte à 1,5km. Le salon de jardin extérieur est vieillissant. Avenue très bruyante. Poussière sous les lits. Pas de présence de l’hôte pour le départ. Clés laissées sur la table. Retour de la caution 3 semaines après plusieurs relances.
