    Over priced hotel with very poor quality, service and standards. No hot water in rooms . Power kept cutting off and the night staff wouldn’t leave the generator on. No air conditioning or even fan would work all night with the power going all night. Even after requesting the night staff to leave the generator on he didn’t. Very poor quality of breakfast ( maza bottled drink served as juice , fried egg and some poori bhaaji served as breakfast at a rip off price ) . Food is not good at all especially for the price you pay. You could book a Ramada with all the facilities at almost the same price as this with a quality breakfast included. This is surely a sub standard hotel ripping off customers .

    Undoubtably best qualty hotel in Lumbini, pleasantly set back from noisy road but only short walking distance from UNESCO Park entrances. Friendly hotel staff exceeded expectations during our 2 week stay. Quiet, large rooms over 4-5 floors with large windows for panoramic views over paddy fields. Restaurant offered wide range of cuisines and was of high quality. Large bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommended and will visit again.

    The hotel very close to gate 4 of Lumbini sacred garden. I hired car from the hotel due to hot weather. The staffs was friendly and helpful. Deeply thank for the hotel owner Lady kindly allowed me to use their garden + let me borrow their staffs for charity distribution free of charge . God bless you all.
