  The apartment was spotless, very clean, tidy, and well maintained, which I absolutely loved. Flora, the lady who welcomed us, was very polite, friendly, and helpful. She also gave us several great recommendations for places to visit, as well as suggestions for where to eat or grab a drink, which we really appreciated. It was a nice apartment for a weekend getaway.

  The location is a little far from the beach, especially if you don't have a car. It takes around 7–10 minutes by car, but approximately 35 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. There is also a rooster 🐓 nearby that can be heard throughout the night and into the morning, which may be a little disturbing if you're a light sleeper. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, although a fan was provided. Since we stayed towards the end of August, the nights weren't too hot and the fan was sufficient for us, but I think adding an AC unit to this bedroom would make the stay more comfortable during warmer periods. The only other issue we had was regarding the tourist taxes. We originally wanted to book four nights, but due to a misunderstanding, the owners asked us to change the reservation to three nights, which we agreed to. We then had a family emergency and asked whether we could shorten our stay to two nights, and the owners kindly agreed. However, after we had arrived and settled into the apartment, we were informed that we still needed to pay the taxes for the third night, even though we would only be staying for two nights. The amount was small, around €6, and we paid it without making an issue of it. However, I would have appreciated being informed about this before arrival. Since it had already been agreed that we could stay for only two nights, I didn't feel it was reasonable to pay the tax for an additional night that we weren't actually staying. Overall, clearer communication about any additional charges before arrival would have made the experience better.

  Apartament był bardzo czysty. Najbliższą okolica zadbana. Wszelkiego rodzaju drobne niedogodności od razu były usuwane przrz właściciela. Właściciele szanowali naszą prywatność, ale też służyli pomocą w razie pytań. Podesłali linki do najlepszych miejsc w miejscowości Orikum. Mogliśmy 2 razy w tygodniu zrobić pranie u gospodarzy, chociaż w apartamencie nie było pralki. Wynajmowaliśmy dwa apartamenty obok siebie. Przed wejsciem.do apartamentów był duży taras , który umilał nam rodzinne wieczory. W apartamentach zamontowane były moskitiery, co zdecydowanie sprzyjało wieczornemu wypoczynkowi bez komarów. Dla każdego apartamentu była przydzielona suszarka na pranie. W apartamencie był jeden klimatyzator, ale.spokojnie dawal radę schłodzić oba pomieszczenia. W sypialni gdzie nie było klimatyzatora był dostępny też wiatrak. Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

  W opisie nie bylo informacji o tym, że aneks kuchenny jest połączony z jedną z sypialni ( tę z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami). Obok domu, okolica wyglądała na zaniedbaną , co kontrastowało z pieknie odnowionym i czyściutkim apartamentem Lume. W pobliżu apartamentu sąsiedzi choduja kury, więc zdarzały się pobudki o 4:00 rano kiedy to miły Kogucik budził swoje kobiety kurki, a jednocześnie całą, okolice. Ale można się do tego przyzwyczaic. Do morza na piechotę długi spacer. Okolo 40 min. Dlatego warto.miec samochód, co pozwoli też eksplorować inne plaże poza Orikum ( a warto)

  Außen bereich und es wurde ein klo brille insterliert nach dem wir gefragt haben

  Überhaupt nicht wie auf den bildern. Keine duschvorhänge, koche ist in einem schalfzimmer und nur klima anlage in einem zimmer
