  Location is decent, close to metro stations and services nearby like markets and coffee shops.

  The property does not look like the pictures advertising it. It used to look like that probably 5-10 years ago. I’ll leave some pictures showing the current state of the appartment that did not see any renovations in a very long time. Aside from that the sound isolation is lacking. Both within the appartment itself as well as outside. Doors are very loud, you can hear water running from the bathroom in every room. You can hear every sound in nature that goes on outside, especially cars passing by, and it’s genuinely difficult to get proper rest. They will also charge you from 5 up to 20€ if you check in after 9pm. They will mention this in the message after you book. They will also charge you 50€ if you don’t take out the trash after you leave (including minor stuff like paper wrappings and such) Booking.com advises you not share personal documents but they will ask to take pictures of your Id or passport. And a small side note but we were not able to find any plates in the kitchen.

  Très bon séjour

  Tout est était parfait, l’appartement convient très bien à une famille nombreuse son point fort son emplacement et la communication avec la propriétaire la personne qui nous a remis les clés est très sympathique et communicative

  Good location but don't expect much

  Clearly, the best aspect of this apartment is its proximity to the metro station and then easy transport to the centre. Several fast food chains, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are close by.

  Unfortunately, it was very loud at night... People discussing outside, cars honking and the waste bins being emptied at 3 AM... We were 6 and there was not enough plates and cutlery for everyone. The appt is not very well maintained: one door was broken and the oldish AC didn't work correctly (but, to be fair, it was over 40° outside). We managed to cover most of the windows with an aluminum foil, so that it was not too bright in the mornings. Moreover, before our stay, I asked for a cot and high chair that was never delivered and the person who opened the door for us was not aware of this request. I was also asked by mail to sign some documents beforehand but there were only in Spanish... In short, if you are not very demanding, it was an OKish stay value for money but it definitely is not great :(

  Boa localização, boa vista, cozinha bem equipada, e proximos dos supermercados. O que gostei mas é que o supermercado era próximo de casa e é aberto 24 sobre 24 horas. Excelente.

  O ar condicionado da sala não funcionava bem, a cama dos quartos é muito pequena e curta. A minha filha de 1m70 o pé ficava fora da cama para dormir.
