    This is a really comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. The swimming pool is fantastic, and having an enclosed garage within the underground parking facility meant we could store our bikes safely. There is even a separate lift for bikes to access the parking. The location is good with supermarkets and tram stops nearby and the marina just across the road. The sea front is about a 30 min walk or 10 mins on bikes. We arrived during a heat wave and both a Dyson fan and an evaporative cooler had been provided in the apartment were much appreciated.

    Only having one door key for the apartment was very inconvenient as you needed it to get into the building both from the street and from the pool area, so if some of the family were in the pool and others out and about, this made things complicated. When you arrive, the key is in the left hand lock box inside the mailbox, ignore the one on the right. Entering the codes upside down and back to front is fiddly and requires a torch to see what you're doing. The directions to the garage within the underground parking send you down to the wrong level. Don't go left down the second ramp, go right and stay on the higher level. Otherwise you'll have to exit the garage and do a massive loop round the one way system to try again. Height clearance in the underground parking facility is 1.95m but as the enclosed garage belonging to the apartment has an up and over door you will not get a vehicle of that height inside the actual garage. We took our Ford Transit in and it just fit in the main area (although we gained several grey hairs as it was so close to the ceiling in places!) but would have gone in the garage. A normal car would be fine though.

    Een fijn en licht appartement. Alles aanwezig en heel schoon. Ja kan ook nog gebruijk maken van het zwembad.

    Centrale ligging en zwembad

    De sleutelkluis (in de brievenbus) kan beter aangeduid worden. Zet er een grote letter A op. Zonder extra licht moeilijk om de cijfercode te lezen.
