  Apartman je prekrasan, prostran,veoma moderno opremljen! Teo je veoma simparičan i uslužan kao domaćin. Apartman je u neposrednoj blizini stadiona što nam je bilo iznimno važno zbog koncerta na koji smo išli. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se autobusna stanica, povezanost je jako dobra. Ispred apartmana je i javni parking. Bilo nam je prekrasno i sigurno ćemo se vratiti opet!

  Spettacolare

  L'appartamento non è bello ma di più. L'appartamento è meraviglioso ,ampio ,luminoso ,arredato con stile e gusto, ben tenuto e c'è praticamente tutto. Tutto. Il prezzo è un pó alto ma comunque in media con la zona . Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la vicinanza con lo stadio olimpico in vista di un concerto (è vicinissimo ,circa 800 m) nei dintorni c'è tutto, bar, alimentari, supermercati più grandi e trattorie ma si stava così bene che noi preferivamo ordinare cibo con le app di delivery e mangiare a casa e rilassarci. Ammetto che stamattina mi è dispiaciuto svegliarmi a casa mia e non ancora qui.

  Un consiglio a chi prenoterà qui in futuro: portate delle ciabatte per la doccia. È molto scivoloso.

  La struttura è molto grande e luminosa, molto comoda per chi viaggia in gruppo in quanto ognuno riesce ad avere i propri spazi. Ottima posizione per raggiungere lo stadio olimpico e accanto ci sono molti servizi (supermercati, tabaccheria, bar). Super consigliata!

  Ottimo alloggio di classe

  Posizione comoda per molti luoghi di interesse in zona tranquilla e pulita . Ampio e luminoso soggiorno , cucina funzionale e bagni di grande dimensione . Palazzo signorile e tranquillo . Estremamente gentile la persona che ci ha accolte .

  Frigor vecchio e non perfettamente funzionante , zone climatizzate con termostato invertito . Pulizia non eccelsa .

  Extremely Disappointing Stay

  From June 20th to July 26th, 2023, my family of four stayed in this apartment for about a month and a half. With two small children, we were looking for a safe and comfortable environment, and for that, we paid a considerable amount of money. However, our choice turned out to be a big mistake. Here are the details. 〈Electrical Issues〉 During our stay, the breaker would trip every 2-3 days. Initially, the property manager or a technician would handle it, but eventually, we were told to go down to the dark breaker room in the basement and resolve the issue ourselves. Even though we used electricity normally, the breaker continued to trip, likely due to insufficient voltage, but nothing was done to improve the situation. 〈Air Conditioning Problems〉 From the start, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and despite several requests for repair, the issue was never fully resolved. On July 17th, the air conditioning completely broke down. With the extreme summer heat, we feared for our health, especially for our small children. Despite immediately requesting assistance, the response was very slow, and we ended up spending five days without air conditioning during the peak of summer, with only three fans as a temporary solution, which was entirely inadequate. 〈Kitchen Issues〉 On July 25th, a strange noise started coming from the stove in the kitchen, preventing us from sleeping all night. We contacted the manager, but the response was slow, and we had to turn off the breaker ourselves. The problem was never fully resolved, leaving us in great discomfort. 〈Washing Machine Issues〉 Given the long stay, the washing machine was essential, but from the beginning, there was a terrible moldy smell. When we reported the issue, we were told it was our fault for not cleaning the filter regularly or for closing the lid when the machine wasn’t in use. Despite a thorough cleaning with strong detergents, the smell persisted, and we were never able to do laundry comfortably.
