Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! B&B Lunatree is gevestigd in een prachtig pand en is met veel smaak en oog voor detail ingericht. Gastheer Serge is ontzettend gastvrij en neemt uitgebreid de tijd om je welkom te heten, uitleg te geven en leuke tips voor Mechelen te delen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en met zorg bereid. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Ook Mechelen zelf heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen: wat een sfeervolle en verrassend leuke stad! Lunatree is absoluut een aanrader. We komen graag nog eens terug!

An artist’s home
This is not the place for you if you expect a neutral palate with Ikea-type furniture. This b&b allows you to walk into a lifetime of treasures and objets d’art, each with a story. Serge is a curator-host, who takes great pride in sharing his home. Take some time and take in the eclectic works from different continents, and relax into the stories of their origin. Easily the best breakfast we had during our month-long trip through Belgium. The futon beds are really comfortable and the large bathroom on the first floor is lovely. Note, one of the rooms on the first floor has this bathroom allocated to it, but it is not in the bedroom itself. We found this to be a lovely experience, like visiting with your eccentric uncle who’s always off somewhere amazing.
