Good hub, but in need of improvement to make better.
Cottage was fine, but far too hot 26 degrees and no instructions on how to work heating was left or for anything. The fans had to be used all the time to be comfortable to sit or sleep. Should have notes on how to use facilities and for general details of utilities. There was some issues with cleanliness, very dusty, dishes & cups were dirty, was crisps on floor under footstool? Unfortunately there was a wasp hive in roof and had to keep killing them as were getting in cottage daily. Free internet and location good once checking out where nearby online. Had to travel 15mins to shops or most cafes or restaurants. Recent reviews had some of these issues also, but have not been improved yet?
No instruction details for facilities. Not much information on where to go or what in the areas nearby, only couple of leaflets found in drawers. Location was good once looked up internet. See previous notes.

All in all great stay just few niggly points. Would we book again yes we would.
Lovely and quite even the cattle grids on main road didn’t keep us awake. Rooms all good sizes.
Cleaning could be a bit better the mirrors and glass in doors were smeary, was a sweet wrapper on kitchen floor which wasn’t from us. Was nice having some coffee and jams on arrival but would have been nice to have had some milk and teabags for the none coffee drinkers.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time including dog walks and visits to the local pub which does great food.
Property has been fitted out to a very high spec - kitchen, bathrooms, beds and other furnishings and all 3 TV's!! Great set up with a hallway on entry that all rooms lead off including a comfy open plan living / dining / kitchen area and a small decking area overlooking the garden and hill beyond.
Literally the only thing I can think of we couldn't find a spatula for our morning eggs 😂
