Contabilidad no piensa en el huésped y el aire acondicionado es portátil.
Lo mejor, el desayuno, y el personal del restaurante, excelente, atentos y cordiales con las necesidades de cada uno. También el personal a la habitación, me trajeron un descorchador, muy amables y prontos a ayudar.
Contabilidad, me generaron una factura en dólares, cuando la solicite en moneda nacional (Soles), y aunque reitere mi solicitud, simplemente nadie respondió positivamente. Aire Acondicionado, parece que la habitación tenia el aire acondicionado inoperativo, y pusieron un equipo portátil con una fea y gruesa manguera saliendo por la ventana, lo que no permitía cerrar la ventana exponiendo a los vientos. Si la habitación esta en esas condiciones, debieron darme otra o reparar los servicios, no puede ser que tenga que ocupar una habitación en esas condiciones.

There was no hot water for the shower.
I arrived late at night after a long journey to Peru, and the staff checked me in without informing me that **there was no hot water available for showers**. After traveling such a long way, having a hot shower was one of the first things I needed. Unfortunately, the hot water was not restored until around **midday the following day**. I paid for a full night at the hotel and was **unable to take a hot shower at all**. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the staff did not inform me about the problem during check-in. Guests should absolutely be made aware of such a significant issue before or upon checking in. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was quite average and offered **very limited options**. Overall, the lack of hot water, the lack of communication from the staff, and the limited breakfast made this a **very disappointing stay**. I expected much better, especially considering that I had just arrived after a long international journey.
