    We had to change rooms three times during our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, but everything else was very disappointing. The refrigerator did not work and was never repaired, despite the problem being reported. The TV was also not working. The soundproofing was terrible — we could clearly hear noise from other rooms. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in our room and had to kill it ourselves. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel needs to seriously improve its maintenance, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
