  A little piece of paradise - it was an unforgettable stay!

  We spent three wonderful nights at Lupus Den and honestly couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful place to stay during our time in Addo. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The lodge is idyllically nestled within a lemon plantation, surrounded by lush greenery and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Every little corner reflects so much love and attention to detail. From the charming country-style entrance to the beautifully designed interiors, you can immediately tell how much heart and passion has gone into creating this special place. And of course, there is Bella, the resident terrier! A little whirlwind, absolutely adorable, and always eager to be part of everything. She definitely added an extra dose of joy to our stay! Our room was beautifully renovated, modern yet cosy, with lovely little details, an incredibly comfortable bed and a balcony that practically invites you to sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Priscilla, the wonderful owner. Her warmth, hospitality and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like friends being welcomed into her home. Right upon arrival, she helped us explore the different safari options and made sure we had everything we needed. As the lodge is quite secluded, having breakfast and dinner available was an absolute blessing and made our stay even more relaxing. Every morning, Priscilla made sure we could choose exactly what we wanted for breakfast, always taking individual preferences into account. And the dinners? Such a treat! Every evening, we were served a lovingly prepared three-course meal at a beautifully set table. You can really feel how much Priscilla enjoys cooking and taking care of her guests. It wasn’t just about the food - it was about the entire experience and the warmth that came with it. We left feeling incredibly grateful for these three days. Lupus Den is so much more than just a place to sleep.

  A warm, lovingly run guesthouse with outstanding service where I had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

  A beautiful guesthouse with a warm welcome, excellent food and service. Individual wishes were taken into account, and the attention to detail is clear. Priscilla genuinely cares that every guest is happy, and you can feel it throughout. The location is ideal for Addo, and there was great support with organizing the Addo guides.

  Ein perfekter Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, bieten viel Platz und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Highlight ist auch der wunderschöne Garten. Kulinarisch wurden wir bestens verwöhnt: Sowohl das Nachtessen als auch das Frühstück waren erstklassig. Ein riesiges Dankeschön gilt unserer Gastgeberin, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen und aufmerksamen Art perfekt umsorgt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

  Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail

  Die Unterkunft bei Priscilla ist außergewöhnlich. Zunächst kommt man durch eine unbefestigte Straße, wo wir trotz schwieriger Wetterbedingungen Hilfe bekommen haben und die Fahrt nicht bereut haben. Der Garten ist wundervoll und gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Die Appartements sind sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dies kam aber auch durch die Herzlichkeit von Priscilla und ihren Mitarbeitern und vorallem dem Hund Bella. Zusätzlich hatten wir Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht, welches super geschmeckt hat und frisch zubereitet wurde. Priscilla kocht wirklich sehr gut und hat für mich extra vegetarisch gekocht. Der Addo Park ist ca. 30 min entfernt und zusätzlich haben wir den Schottiapark neben dem Addo besucht. Die Kombinationen ist eine Empfehlung. Wir wünschen dir, deiner Familie und deinen Mitarbeitern alles Gute!

  Inadeguata: lavori in corso

  Stanza davvero ben ristrutturata, accogliente e con un bagno super.

  La struttura, dotata di grandi potenzialità, presenta una recente ristrutturazione del due stanze (visibili nelle foto); purtroppo, tutto il resto è nel pieno dei lavori. Molte stanze di passaggio sono completamente vuote o con mobili accatastati. Non mi spiego le recensioni di luglio e agosto '26. Le persone hanno le fette di salame sugli occhi. Certamente la stanza è molto carina, ma il contesto in cui è inserita è imprescindibile. Hanno spostato la parte del colazioni in una veranda ma si capisce che la soluzione è temporanea e di fortuna. Inadeguata per accogliere un cliente o per lo meno alla cifra dimezzata. Ti trovi in una stanza appena rifatta ma attorno a te regna il caos e la desolazione, infatti hanno bloccato le prenotazioni ad una sola presenza. Non avvisano l'ospite pur facendogli pagare prezzo pieno. Questo ha comportato per noi enorme disagio oltre ad una discussione appena arrivati che ha portato la proprietà a restituirci parte dei soldi dati. Ottimo gesto che ho molto apprezzato; tuttavia, credo sia importante avvisare anche i successivi ospiti perché non è restituendo parte dei soldi che la situazione può cambiare. Verificate che sia finita perché sicuramente troverete una situazione davvero molto particolare. La TV non è collegata ad internet.
