The place was clean and comfortable. The apartment has lots of storage space. The building has an elevator which is very useful. There are 2 grocery stores right below the building which made it very convenient. LX Factory is walking distance. Getting to the city centre was pretty convenient. Using Bolt turns out cheaper than public transit if you are more than 2 people.
Nothing big but few improvements we would recommend - few amenities like cooking oil, sugar, dishwashing pod and laundry detergent were missing. Dishwashing pod and laundry detergent were sent the next morning by the host the rest we bought as we needed it right away. The laundry drying rack is small - fit for 1 person. We were 4 people and it made it highly inconvenient. Towel hanging rod by the shower would be helpful as there isn’t anything there at the moment. There is a bit of mold in both the bedrooms. We let the host know and they sent someone the next day to get mold treatment done however the host needs to pay more attention to these things as part of their ongoing maintenance. The explanation for using the entry lock to the apartment was far from sufficient. This is a unique type of lock and the host should provide a video on how to use it the first time. Response time from the host was average.

La verdad que todo en general,la ubicación estas en medio de todo,puedes moverte en transporte publico(las paradas están muy cerca),aunque a pie esta retirado de la plaza del comercio,llegas en 1 h andando Sitio de ocio y restauracion(recomendamos Santo Amaro en frente de los talleres comida excelente y a muy buen precio) Es fácil de aparcar en la misma calle(nosotros en la misma puerta) Se puede descansar bien,se escucha los aviones pasar pero si cierras las ventanas no se escucha nada. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí Lo recomiendo. En la cocina todo.lo necesario.
Lo único que nos falto un mobiliario para poder disfrutar de sus dos balcones

Que fuese un apartamento tan bien ubicado, con dos fachadas exteriores.
Nos gustó todo pero sugeriríamos algún perchero o toallero en el baño, para poder colgar las toallas.
