    Calm, quiet, relaxing English countryside stay...Excellent option in Lincolnshire.

    Very happy with my choice to stay at Lut's Place! Outstanding option if you're looking to relax, unwind, recover, and take in the countryside in Lincolnshire. I had just come from a week at Hoffman (if you know, you know) and it's suggested to take at least 2 nights afterwards to reflect. 3 nights in 'The Hayloft' room was perfect. Quality bedding (linen), a down comforter, comfortable bed, coffee and tea available anytime just outside the room (in addition to plenty being served at breakfast, of course!). The entire property was very clean, super homey (or, "homely" as they say in the UK), spacious, quirky, quiet and the hosts (who live on property also) are just lovely. Lut and Bruce are really nice, interesting people, who are great to talk to and are genuinely interested in their guests. Breakfast was awesome as well, prepared to order from a good selection of options. I didn't have a car but did a little bit of walking nearby down a solitary (non-paved) path which was great for me (fortunately maintaining cell service wasn't an issue). I could have taken a taxi into Lincoln centre (I believe 15-20 min by car) but I opted just to chill for some needed private 'down time.' The grounds are spacious and I loved hearing horse sounds here and there due to the stable next door (run by others, no horses available to hire from Lut's Place). Fresh air, unspoiled nature, a comfortable spacious room, made to order breakfast and kind hosts...What more could you want? If there's a room available for your dates, definitely choose Lut's Place! Excellent small b&b in Lincolnshire for a peaceful, restful getaway.

    Can't think of anything except for those without a car (like me) having a little village store of something super close would be helpful. There was one Lut told me about (20+ minutes walk?) but I never made it there. I went the other direction on a solitary country walk.

    Peace on a stick :-)

    The breakfast was particularly enjoyable. It was no problem for the hosts when we asked to eat outside on the patio. Service was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

    All our needs were met. There is nothing negative about our stay.
