    Mixed review. Would I stay again? No

    The layout of the apartment was great. 2 bathrooms were helpful. The location is impeccable. Decor and style of the apartment was charming.

    The street and restaurant noise was constant. If you are a light sleeper you couldn't sleep in either bedroom. The mosquitoes were out of control. If you have a child then don't stay here in summer. The sewage smell was unbearable at times. There were no blankets. Only 1 flat sheet. Not what I am used to.

    La ubicación es inmejorable y las instalaciones están genial, la cocina es enorme y muy bien equipada. Han tenido el detalle de dejar una bolsa con útiles de limpieza y algunas cápsulas de café.

    Cuando entramos había mucha humedad pero al día siguiente ya se había ido casi del todo

    Very disappointed and received no help from the owner. We felt we were due some type of discount.

    The kitchen area was fine but we could not get the coffee pot to work. There were no instructions anywhere to help us with the coffee pot. The owner was basically non-responsive and difficult to get a hold of. She was not willing to do anything about the air conditioning unit other than just make excuses. We did do a wash but there was no clothing rack in the unit to dry our clothes. Outside the the spare bedroom windows was a lot of banging below on the lower floor to late at night. Because of the way the owner handled the a/c problem we would give this unit a 3 out of 10 and not recommend it.

    The air conditioning unit in the kitchen/spare bedroom leaked water all over the floor and we spent the first night having to mop it all up. When we notified the owner that same night they said they knew about the problem and that a new a/c unit had been ordered. What they failed to do was notify us about the problem which we told them was completely unacceptable. We had to keep a big bucket under the unit to trap the water and frequently empty it even throughout the night. The TV worked for one night and then we were unable to turn it on again so we were completely without a TV.
