    The stay was disappointing: poor communication, non-functional gate code, dirty linens, poorly equipped kitchen, and neg

    • Poor communication: Host was unresponsive, and the gate code didn’t work, causing long delays to access the property. • Dirty linens and towels: Had to wash them ourselves before use. • Poorly equipped kitchen: Only two old pans, no cookingutensils, or basic cleaning supplies. • Neglected maintenance: Bathroom fixtures falling apart, overall lack of upkeep. • Misleading description: The apartment did not reflect the advertised “luxury” standard.
