    The stay was decent and felt secure

    New, secure and family friendly building. Location of the place is secure. There are shops and restaurants around on the first floor. Automatic darkening room shades are a nice feature. The overall condition of the flat is new and clean.

    It was stated that there is private parking option which led is to think that we have reserved parking spot when in reality there is just a space in front/side of the building where everyone can park and it depends of availability so when arriving later hours you may actually not have a place. That should be more clearly mentioned in the description. I needed to remind/ ask myself about the check-in instructions the same day we were about to arrive. This should come from the host automatically in advance. The instructions were in broken English and a bit confusing. Pay for the place was later in cash. We did not notice that aspect and did not have cash with us so needed to deal with the pay later on via revolut.. Would have preferred automatic card payment via booking as it would have been smoother. The shower is leaking water out from the cabin and there could have been some welcoming water / better stacked kitchen products available (oil for cooking etc).
