This is a place in a quiet region of Erevan, near the railway station. There is a metro line that goes through this station, and in 10 minutes one can reach Erevan's center. There is a small quiet garden where one can relax around the cherry trees; nice cats are walking around the garden. The house is not too hot in the day even when it is hot outside, and the is an air conditioner that can be switched on if it becomes hotter. The house owner lives in the second floor, so one can ask her anytime if something is needed.

Очень хорошая локация. Железнодорожный вокзал в 5-ти минутах ходьбы. По утрам там фермерский рынок с дешевыми овощами и фруктами. Совсем рядом супермаркет, аптека и маленькие магазинчики. Рядом автобусная остановка. У квартиры чудесный маленький садик с фруктовыми деревьями, столиком и качелями, где можно посидеть в тени. Очень дружелюбная приятная хозяйка. У нас был ранний прилет, но нам разрешили заехать рано. Спасибо. Очень рекомендую.
