  Está bien solo para dormir

  La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento en menos de 10 min andando estás en el metro

  Limpieza, la falta de equipamiento de la cocina. Ni microondas ni apenas de nada tiene la cocina, no nos hizo mucha falta ya que todo lo comimos fuera, ya que me dio asco hacer nada ahí, la campana extractora tenía grasa para parar un tren, algo que es hasta peligroso. El horno por dentro es un auténtica asquerosidad no lo han limpiado en la vida al igual que la campana. La televisión descolgada y apoyada en un mueble, algo que si se le hubiese rozado o dado con cualquier cosa hubiese caído y se hubiese roto o caído encima de alguno de mis hijos, encima nos cobraron 50€ más por llegar fuera de hora, cosa que no se especifica en los términos de la reserva. El agua no tiene presión suficiente y cuando somos 2 adultos y 2 niños en un solo baño y tienes que tirar 3 veces de la cadena en poco tiempo es un problema porque tardan muchísimo en cargarse la cisterna… no es barato el alojamiento para las deficiencias que tiene. Y en general no estaba nada limpio

  Agréable séjour à Rome

  - l'emplacement était très bien (calme, Supermarchés ouverts 24h/24, proximité des transports, ...) - Ascenseur disponible - Agencement du studio - La propreté de l'immeuble

  - La chasse d'eau ne se remplissait pas rapidement, il faut attendre longtemps après un second passage aux WCs

  Appartement spacieux, calme et confortable

  Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par la propriétaire qui nous attendait au pied de l'immeuble, ce qui devient une denrée rare. Nous avons apprécié le confort et l'espace de l'appartement situé dans un quartier calme avec une multitude de commerces situés autour et ouverts tard en fin de journée ce qui est très pratique lorsque vous rentrez d'une excursion en ville. La cuisine offre à peu près tous les équipements nécessaires, l'appartement est spacieux et climatisé, les espaces de rangement importants et la literie est excellente. En outre, l'accès au métro est rapide. Bref, nous recommandons.

  Amazing location, super friendly host, and everything we needed was there!

  We had a wonderful stay at this residence in Rome for the past week. The location was incredibly convenient for us — just a short walk from a metro station that connected us to the city center in under 30 minutes, including direct access to Termini station, which made our travel across the country smooth and easy. The property itself was clean, modern, and very well-organized. Everything felt new and well-maintained. There were many closets available, a functioning air conditioner that was much appreciated in the summer heat, a fridge, and an elevator, which made it very accessible and easy to get around, especially with luggage. The neighborhood itself was also a big plus — it felt very safe, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable walking around at any time of day. One of the highlights of our stay was our host, Flavia. She was extremely friendly and proactive — she reached out to us before we arrived and was consistently helpful throughout our visit. She gave us great tips for local shops and restaurants, helped us plan several of our outings, and was always available to answer any question, big or small. When we had a minor issue with the elevator, she quickly stepped in to help and even offered alternative solutions in case of emergency. Her hospitality really made a difference. Overall, it was a great experience — convenient, comfortable, and very well-hosted. We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Rome!

  There were just a couple of small inconveniences: we wish the apartment had a washing machine, which would have made things a bit easier, although there is a laundromat just around the corner. Also, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain that occasionally bothered us.
