Great apartment
The apartment was brilliant, with a great location, and fully equipped for all your needs. Very clean, nothing bad I could say at all about the actual apartment.
Picking up of keys was a nightmare. 1st time we have had to go to a different location. Taxi driver could not find the office to drive to and after a lot of asking around we were told there was no access to traffic as there was hording all round that particular street. We had to get out and walk with cases then walk to apartment. This next gripe will not matter to a lot of people and it wouldn't have mattered to us if we hadn't had our 83 year old mother in law with us. The lift broke down on a number of occasions and as we were 5 flight up my mother in law due to having peripheral artery disease was stuck in the apartment until it was fixed. We had taken her away for 1st time for a nice break and this really spoilt it for her. I appreciate the maintenance of the lift is not booking.coms responsibility but, it is just something to be aware of if you have anyone going with you that can't tackle stairs. If we had been on our own it would have been fine.
