There was a terrible foul odor inside the property,looks like a resembling animal.It was not possible to stay inside the home at all.the host was very rude and rejected to provide another apartement.Furthemore, the property lacked basic amenities such as toilet paper,shower gel.When I asked,the host responsed very rude,insisting that a toilet paper was provided and no supplies were brought.that is not all,the air conditioner was broken.Water was continuously leaking from the AC Unit flooding the floor.Staying alicante region in August without AC unit is unbelievable.it was the worst experience of my life and they did not do anything they did not refund. If you respect to your time and to your nerves,stay away from them.

Very nice place - 24x7 swimming pool and big terrace to spend summer evenings with family and friends. I have seen some comments about unclear host direction on how to find keys, access apartment etc however for us it was very clear. Apart from negative aspects mentioned below, my family was very happy from this short stay.
Very strange smell in living room and kitchen. Something must be wrong with fridge... Parking place was blocked by someone else. Dedicated slot in underground parking was blocked by other car (luckily lot of free slots on outdoor free parking). AC in living room not properly working.

Lovely place lots of space and well equipped
was clean! spacious and very comfortable! nice and quiet! and calm, very responsive host! and answered all questions and messages! we loved the pool as it wasn’t crowded! it was clean so we will definitely be back!
hard to find when we got to gran alacant! they should put the address down as what mumber at the novamar block it is as it will be easier

Adosado cómodo y amplio, con dos baños y aire acondicionado en urbanización con piscina a 20 minutos andando de la playa
La nevera no enfría mucho, hay que consumir rápido los alimentos porque se pueden estropear
