Very disappointing.
We booked at this site so that we could be able to walk to the Athens bus station. Balcony.
The air unit outside on the balcony near the door was leaking water or some clear fluid. I stepped in the wet area and almost fell. We had to avoid the balcony after this. It was very difficult to see the wet area in the dark. There were no linens for the pull out bed. My daughter was to sleep there. Also, when we pulled it open it was quite clear from the rips and stains and general very poor condition of the fabric and the structure that caused a sagging, that her sleeping on this bed would have been a very poor decision. She needed to sleep with me in the regular bed. This resulted in neither of us sleeping well. This is the reason we had booked with 2 beds. This was very disappointing. There was a distinct terrible rank smell in the bedroom. We needed to sleep with the doors open. This also contributed to our poor sleep due to neighborhood noise. We were provided only 2 pillows. There were 2 extra pillows in a cabinet but there were no linens for these pillows. We did not use them as this did not seem clean. There was not any extra blankets. With the doors open and the night becoming cool we were cold. This also contributed to our poor sleep. Overall we were very dissatisfied with our stay at your apartment. We needed a place to sleep and we were largely unable to do this. It is reasonable that we would appreciate a full refund of our fees paid for the stay. Please let us know how to go forward to obtain said refund. Thank you. Shelly Barlass
