    Owner Edita is an extremely friendly and welcoming lady. The apartment is first class and maintained to a high standard. The windowed balcony with lovely sea views is a bonus. Everything and anything you could wish is within walking distance. Biancos restaurant is 5 star and the Rock Bar up the hill from Cleopatra Palace is ALWAYS worth a visit for top class rock music with the best resident band you will ever hear plus outstanding service from a dedicated staff. ENJOY. X

    Nice property but lots of hidden charges ! Be aware!!

    Location is good Property is large and spacious

    250 Euro required in CASH as deposit when you arrive, they will not take any type of Card payment!!!! ( no one tells you about this but it is in the small print after you book ) No Cleaning or towel change in 10 days !!! 5 euro per person a day for sunbeds !!! Check out is 9-11 am after that it’s 50 euro charge !!! Only a partial sea view as building in the way !!

    appartamento sul mare a las americas.

    la struttura è in una posizione ottima, playa de las americas, sul lungomare, zona di notte tranquilla, appartamento ampio con una bella camera vista oceano ed una seconda camera sul retro, ampio soggiorno con cucina e una bella terrazza chiusa con vetrate vista oceano, piacevole sentire il rumore del mare. a pochi passi dalla struttura vi è un’ampio parcheggio dove poter lasciare l’auto. ambiente pulito. è possibile usifruire anche della piscina interna privata.
