Overpriced and unprofessional
Location
Windows were not clean. Curtains missing in living room. Only 1 bedside light and not working. Remote for underground parking unavailable which resulted in useless interaction with an agent (not owner)who refused to reveal name, she gave incorrect information before contacting owner, blamed the previous guest for not returning the remote and no replacement (« very expensive remote »), and then agent (Shane?) insisted on sending messages via the booking app which resulted in aggravation. Only 1 key. Pokey rooms. Dishwasher had not been emptied. Bad value for money. If you are going to charge over EUR1000 a night then there will be high expectations - which were not met.
