    It is 5 min to downtown but the location doesn't feel safe.

    No one answered when called to open the building door. I had to wait for a resident to open for me. Found multiple cockroaches inside and outside the apartment. Couch and bath tub are to be replaced as they are in terrible condition. Building is outdated and lack of maintenance The room was relatively expensive.

    Never again will I go cheap.

    Comfortable bed.

    Surrounded by construction, homeless, outdated apartment ( very old) no venting fan in bathroom, parking only free on weekend and that’s only a very very few spaces.
