    Lovely apartment! Would deffiantly recommend ad would stay again :)

    Property was very nice! Lovely outdoor area! Everything you need for a weekend away!

    Everything was very good! Just thought the charge for a earlier check in was a bit expensive!

    You can easily feel at home.

    The location of the apartment close to the Excel exhibition center and the London City airport is really great. All are in walking distance. The apartment has a big terrace, cosy interior, soft and really nice smelling bath towels. The area is also quite nice with good cafes and restaurants.

    The fire alarm in the building was on rather often. Fortunately, you could not hear it in the apartment. The cleanliness could be improved especially the windows, the mirrors and the TV screen. The window blinds in the bedroom should be on the ceiling instead of on the floor ;-) .

    Last-minute cancellation, maximum inconvenience. I would not trust this host again

    Beware if you are booking this property for anything important. My confirmed, non-refundable reservation was cancelled the evening before arrival due to a supposed "calendar error." Strangely, the non-refundable terms only seemed to apply when I was paying, not when the host decided to cancel. The timing could hardly have been worse, occurring during a period of major travel disruption when accommodation demand was exceptionally high. While I cannot prove the reason, the situation certainly gives the impression that my booking became less attractive than other opportunities. A confirmed booking should be honoured. Leaving a guest scrambling for alternative accommodation less than 24 hours before arrival is unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. I would not trust this host with any travel plans that matter.
