The location is good. Much better if there is a free breakfast.

Very strict, it is my first time in booking.com that they ask for photo ID’s of all the persons who will stay in the room and if you will have visitors they also need to pass they’re photo ID’s. But the host will not even tell his/her name to you. And you will not even see him/her. Much better if the price will be a bit lesser.

The location was very central in BGC, was great we had a washing machine.

Pleae renew the Netflix subscription if you advertise it. Also change your product description as all facilities like gym or pool or FORBIDDEN to use for your guests on WEEKENDS in favor of the residents. There were some cleaning issues in the kitchen and we disliked the mould under the AC in the master bedroom.

Having a washer/dryer makes it so convenient

The location, quiet neighbors, easy access to the malls. Courteous staff

    Hot in the lobby.
