They moved us from a dirtier room to even a dirtyer one
The property has a spacious room and the beds were prepared upon arrival. The room also has a pleasant view and some useful amenities.
Unfortunately, the condition of the property was significantly below what we expected. The room and surrounding areas showed clear signs of poor maintenance and inadequate cleaning. There were visible stains and discoloration on the walls and ceiling, including what appeared to be water-damage marks. The carpet was visibly dirty, with debris and small items left on the floor and underneath the furniture. The bathroom area and fixtures also appeared poorly maintained, and there were visible marks and dirt around various surfaces. Some of the furniture and fittings looked worn and in need of repair or refurbishment. Overall, the property did not feel properly cleaned or maintained to an acceptable accommodation standard. Short sentence to sum up your stay “A disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, visible maintenance issues and a property that did not meet the standard expected from the listing.
