La posizione e la panorama.
La piscina era fuori uso. C'erano problemi con l'internet e la televisione. Nella stanza in zona cucina presenza di formiche, le zanzariere bucate. Chi arriva in macchina deve affrontare il problema parcheggio, non ci sono quasi, poco spazio. Il primo giorno siamo entrati con 3 ore di ritardo per problemi con il frigorifero che il tecnico doveva aggiustare... Le informazioni su booking sono fuorvianti e devono essere corrette.

Location was good. Very close to the beach and good as a base for exploring.
Communication was terrible. My message via the app were not responded to. Owner wanted contact via Viber or What's app, but they didn't have an account on either messaging app. We turned up and struggled to get any information. Luckily a local resident helped us to contact the owner. The owner then sent a series of photos to help us locate the apartment, rather than sending the actual block letter and the number. We wandered around the complex with all of our luggage. A lot of the onsite facilities were closed, leaving one small pool open. Restaurant was closed, the bars were closed and the supermarket. We were unable to book parking as we had no way of communicating. Thankfully we were able to park on a local road. I believe booking.com should review how the communication should be managed with this owner.
