Es wäre sicher angebracht, den Namen der Wohnung in "Modernes Apartment" zu ändern.
Die günstige Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der Zugang ist für ängstliche Personen sicher nicht geeignet. Das Licht im Hof geht durch den Bewegungsmelder bei Dunkelheit viel zu spät an. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Kofferablage und auch im Wohnzimmer muß man die Fensterbank abräumen weil es keinen entsprechenden Tisch gibt. Die Heizung hat 2 Tage gebraucht um einigermaßen warm zu werden, besonders im Bad. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken ist nicht auf eine konstante Temperatur einstellbar. Die Handtücher sind superdünn, man sollte sich eigene mitbringen.

Für ein paar Tage in Erfurt ideal
Eine kleine versteckte Perle in Erfurt. Super schön und komfortabel. Gerne wieder.

Impersonal but convenient
Parking was very convenient. Apartment is quiet and spacious. Washer and dryer were great. Bus stop across the street for easy access to downtown. Nice espresso machine; recommend providing instructions for usage.
My visit was during the summer heat wave and the apartment was very hot, despite having a fan and keeping the shades drawn during the day. The mattress is very firm, even when using another duvet as a mattress topper. The lighting is not very bright. Insufficient storage space for clothing and toiletries. The thin and scratchy towels, lack of personal touches, and the labels in the drawers indicating the number of pieces of cutlery were not very welcoming, nor do they support the claim of being luxurious.
