Strange management - lying and scamming?
The location is good
The staff managing the reservations double booked, lied about the building not having water, then got very rude in communication.

Vrlo negativno iskustvo. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Very negative experience. The apartment “Luxurious 1 Bedroom Apartment in Center of Zagreb” in Zagreb was paid in advance, but upon arrival it was not available as confirmed by the reservation. To make matters worse, the host did not answer the phone or respond to messages in a timely manner, leaving me without accommodation and forcing me to urgently find an alternative place to stay. This situation caused additional costs, stress, and significant inconvenience during my trip. I consider this approach toward guests completely unacceptable, especially when the reservation was paid in advance and the guest relies on confirmed accommodation in another city. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I reported the case to the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and strongly advise future guests to exercise caution when booking.
