    Lovely modern apartment, would stay again

    The property was lovely, spacious, clean and tidy. Exactly as shown on the photos. The host was also good too and responded very quickly.

    The bath plug unfortunately was passing so we couldn’t have a bath as the water kept going down but the shower was nice and powerful. It is very warm in the property so it would be nice if there was information on how to open the windows in the ceiling. Appreciate CCTV is needed but it did seem like it was a little bit of overkill with them. The £500 deposit also did seem abit steep especially considering it’s returned 10-12 business days after checking out, I did also have some issues as I didn’t receive it even after the 12th day but the host was really helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Overall lovely place and I would stay again

    Outstanding stay – exactly as pictured with wonderful hosts!

    We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse in Chigwell. The apartment is just as luxurious and spacious as shown in the photos—beautifully presented, clean, and modern. ​What really stood out was the host's communication. They were extremely responsive, polite, and quick to assist with any questions or minor issues we had during our stay. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway in Chigwell!

    Parking was not always available on the driveway because other vehicles had arrived earlier.

    We stayed for 7 days. For 6 of those days there was no water in the apartment due to a burst water pipe. While this was

    Location was great. Size of the property was good too and having underground parking was very convenient.

    It wasn’t clean as was dusty in multiple places. Pillows had stains and when we complained, the staff said they could not replace but instead give us more pillow cases to cover the stains. We had to sleep with towels on top of the pillows
