Quero deixar aqui o meu agradecimento por toda a hospitalidade e pelo carinho que recebi durante a minha estadia em Burnley ❤️ A casa é maravilhosa, muito confortável, organizada e equipada com tudo o que eu precisava. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, o que facilitou muito a minha rotina. Consegui trabalhar supertranquila na cidade e me senti muito bem durante toda a minha estadia. Os anfitriões são pessoas incríveis: educados, receptivos, atenciosos e muito prestativos. Sempre responderam às minhas mensagens rapidamente e estiveram disponíveis quando precisei de alguma coisa. O rapaz foi especialmente maravilhoso comigo, sempre muito simpático e acolhedor. Outro ponto positivo é que a casa conta com câmeras de segurança, o que traz ainda mais tranquilidade. Foi uma experiência excelente do início ao fim! Sou muito grata por ter encontrado pessoas tão maravilhosas e um lugar que atendeu a todas as minhas necessidades. Excellent location everything we needed for a week’s stay.
The property is in an ideal location for exploring Burnley, we were visiting family and friends so an excellent base, easy to use public transport, close to lot’s of places for eating and meeting friends. The property offered all the facilities we needed for a week’s stay. Clean, well furnished and comfortable.
The outside entrance to the main apartment block would benefit from a security light enabling you to enter your key code. Similarly the entrance to the apartment itself needs a clean and a pigeon deterrent! The shower needs a regulator and private parking explained. Just suggestions not detracting from a great stay!

Disappointing
Clean well furnished good location
No phone signal at all, no internet or TV reception. Had to go in street to make and receive calls. I took work to do but had to go into car to do it. Very inconvenient and spoiled trip. I’m also on call for work which made the stay difficult not being able to receive or make calls
