    Great space, well appointed, clean.

    Getting into the place was a bit tough. The instructions were thorough but were also out of date.

    We booked a stay at this location and when we got there someone else was already in the room we were assigned to!! Obviously Booking.com overbooked the room and after numerous attempts to get them othe phone and someone who spoke English we got no help from you guys and were told they could only suggest booking somewhere else in the area even though they had our money and we were told it would take 7-10 days to get back in our account. It was my first and last time using Booking.com!! They never offered me any compensation for our expenses getting there or showed no good faith in helping solve a problem they solely created!! Worse customer service ever!!!!
