A beautiful accommodation in central location with minor issues. Would definitely return.
Location, spacious, high end kitchen/dining facilities. Bright and airy.
Poor quality bedding/pillows but very clean. No bedside lamps were a miss. Broken beaded cord on roller blinds.

Clean, spacious, and functional, but not luxurious
Location was very convenient with good parking. Easy arrival/exit instructions. Property was very spacious for 2 people, and the main living area felt very light and airy. Everywhere was clean, and the kitchen was pleasant to use. Fittings and appliances were of a high standard (shower, taps, hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher) and the kitchen was easy to use. Central heating worked well and it stayed consistently at the temperature I set the whole time we were there. The flat being directly above Limoncello was exactly as expected (you could hear the music fairly loudly in every room; people shouting and talking outside), but as promised it went off and all was quiet at exactly 11pm - we could watch TV despite the music. Lots of plug sockets in sensible places.
Most things are done well, but describing it as "luxurious" sets expectations which the property doesn't meet. The mattress on the king bed was cheap and very soft - any time my partner moved, I felt it. Every time either of us turned over, it jostled the other person. For the price of the property, a quality mattress is a basic expectation. We slept far better on my mattress at home as we weren't disturbing each other. The mattress in the second bedroom was marginally firmer but you could still feel movement. Don't get me wrong, it was functional, but not good or luxurious. There's a slightly baffling lack of basic minor maintenance in the property which cheapens it, which is a shame as it's a good flat overall: * No lamps in either bedroom - it's the overhead light or nothing (I moved the only lamp, from the living room, into the bedroom). * The batteries in the large living room clock were flat. Same for the small bedroom clock. * Bathroom has good fittings but doesn't feel luxurious - shower screen and curtain don't fit quite right, and the tiles and floor look good from a distance but don't feel like quality up close. Water from the shower splashes on the floor which isn't a huge issue but should be fixable with a longer shower curtain. * Only one (large) sauce pan in the kitchen * The main bedroom blind was installed wrong so it couldn't be lowered (I fixed it) * Chipped paint in quite a few places, and the sealant and caulking were cracked in a number of places which made it feel tired. * Fridge light doesn't work To be clear, everything is fixable and we were comfortable, and it's clear that somebody put some investment into the flat at some point, but it just needs a little bit more looking after.
