  Decevant et peu accueillant

  A part l’amabilité de service de gardinnage

  Emplacement, quartier plein de travaux , pleins de musulmans , immeuble a l’air abandonné , piscine sale et pas entretenue, pas d’eau chaude dans une salle de bain , mise a la porte carrément a 11 h precises, lits durs , fenetres salle de bain et balcon ne ferment pas hors premier étage accessible aisement par l’exterieur, vieux et defraichi en comparaison avec memes prix …. Beaucoup de bruits exterieurs …Dommage Rien de proposé pour garder les valises… Exterieurs peu engageants et pas entretenus ,on entre dans un parking , pas de communs…

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay, felt like a home away from home Our family stayed here for two weeks and the experience was truly outstanding. Maureen, the host, was phenomenal. She accommodated us with an early check-in and consistently went above and beyond by checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Because we were on a long holiday, we even took a short trip within the trip, and Maureen kindly arranged to securely hold our excess luggage until our return, a huge relief and incredibly thoughtful. Her support team, Edgar and Stella, were equally amazing. They were always eager to help, whether with housekeeping or water refills, and did so with warmth and professionalism. Most importantly, my children were very comfortable throughout our stay, which was my top priority as a parent. The apartment itself is well-equipped: the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and a very functional oven, the water is always hot with excellent pressure, and the internet is super fast, making remote work seamless. We return shortly for our final days in Nairobi, and I am certain this will be one of many stays here in the future. Highly recommended for families, long stays, and anyone looking for comfort, reliability, and excellent hosting.

  Great value for money

  The location was great and was easy to locate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful cutlery was provided. The host provided cleaning services during our stay and kept checking on us. Security was very good. There was strong WiFi. The place had ample parking

  There was a little bit of noise, I think a nearby construction site. There's no mosquito net so we had to spray. Drinking water is available at a fee. The swimming was not functional.
