La casa è molto bella e la posizione è davvero centralissima, ma purtroppo questi sono gli unici aspetti positivi. La pulizia è stata assolutamente inaccettabile. Al nostro arrivo il divano era nero e pieno di capelli lasciati da precedenti ospiti, tavoli e sedie erano sporchi e gli infissi delle finestre avevano una quantità di polvere impressionante. Abbiamo pagato una cifra importante per tre notti e, invece di iniziare la vacanza, abbiamo dovuto passare parte della giornata a pulire noi la casa. Una situazione vergognosa per un alloggio che viene affittato a questi prezzi. A questo si aggiunge un’anta dell’armadio rotta nella camera con i due letti separati, che non si chiude. Ma la cosa ancora più grave è stata la gestione della privacy. Durante il soggiorno si è presentato un signore dicendo di dover intervenire per sistemare un lavandino che si tappava. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato preventivamente, quindi ci siamo ritrovati una persona in casa durante la nostra vacanza senza che ci fosse stata alcuna comunicazione. Abbiamo anche segnalato tutto all’agenzia, spiegando dettagliatamente la situazione, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro. In sintesi: casa bella e posizione ottima, ma pulizia pessima, manutenzione da rivedere e gestione del soggiorno assolutamente inadeguata. Non è accettabile pagare profumatamente per un alloggio e ritrovarsi a doverlo pulire personalmente, oltre a dover gestire interventi non comunicati. Prima di prenotare, consiglio di tenere bene in considerazione questi aspetti.

Mould and bedbugs
View was fine, although the balcony was quite small.
Dirty and mouldy. It looks like one of the bedrooms was flooded, which made it not fit for use. Walls covered in mould and smelly. Towels had yellow stains on them. One of our friends was bitten by bedbugs. So from the three bedrooms, only one was remotely liveable. At this point that was the least of problems, but wifi also didn't work, they sent someone to fix it and he said he can't do anything to rectify it. When we called the property the lady said she would find us another place, but after a few hours she said they are fully booked and she can't do anything. Oh, and apparently they "know they should renovate it, but they would have to not rent it out for a few weeks". We left after one night.
