    Amazing location and views!

The location was amazing, and there were tons of restaurants nearby. We loved being right on the beach, and we also didn't realize we were going to be on the 39th floor, which was an amazing surprise!

A deep clean in the common areas was necessary, as there were some layers of dust. We would have liked to have been able to use the washing machine. The hot water did not work in all of the showers.

No hot water. Cold shower every single day! Refuse to fix. There is a hot water tank but not operational. If you complain they become difficult to deal with in hotel when entering and won’t let you in without a long visit at the desk for no reason. The apartment was in very rough shape. Stove required lighter to work. Sofa peeling badly. Toilet seat broken. Too many issues to mention. I suggest finding any other place to stay if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Starting with the positives - beautiful views of the Caribbean from the balcony and of the bay and city from the other side of the apartment. Nice 3 BR with a bathroom in each BR. Nice safe walkable area. The pool was nice. Our issues - no hot water the entire time we were there. The clothes washing machine worked but the dryer did not - it would spin but not actually dry clothes and towels. It didn't seem like there was any attempt to fix either one during the week that we were there.
