    Superb location in Swaledale with lovely walks in the area. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Meals in the local pub a 10 minute walk from the cottage were good.

    We found the shower water temperature to be uncomfortably hot in BOTH bathrooms and despite all 4 of us trying to adjust the temperature using the knob labelled H and C the water remained too hot. We phoned the numbers provided and spoke to Richard who suggested we turn down the temperature on the boiler downstairs. After returning from a long walk with no mobile signal we found we had been offered a plumber then a later message to say the opportunity has now gone. However we were then offered use of the bathroom in the empty cottage next door. After several adjustments to the boiler the shower water temperature was ok so we didn't need to go next door. Also make sure you don't forget essentials such as milk and shampoo as the nearest shop is miles away!

    Very convenient. Equipped with all the facilities and equipment needed for a great family holiday.

    Parking is a bit limited and awkward.

    House was great for me and my family to get together for a week ! Rooms were spacious and had everything we could've needed, in a great location as well !

    Tranquilidad y paz frente a las colinas.

    La ubicación del alojamieto es maravillosa. Las vistas a las montañas y la paz del lugar es lo más remarcable. Nos encantó.
