    Only luxurious is the direct location at the beach

    - direct in front of the Black Sea - quiet Location - spacious apartment - nice complex

    Overall please don’t expect a luxurious accommodation. We think the furnishings are basic at least. - title “luxurious” and “high quality equipment” is misleading - pictures looked way better than apartment in reality - bed and sleeping couch were very uncomfortable, seemed like there need to be replaced because too old and too many people have used it; the slatted frame in the sleeping room was broken - nothing in this apartment was high quality or above basic standard - most furnishings looked used, and in need of repair or substitution - on the balcony there was only one plastic chair, and that one was also partial broken, no cushion for the balcony chair - we asked for compensation and a way to send pictures to the administration, it was said they pass the complaint on, but we haven’t been contacted since to provide another statement or information/pictures etc. / otherwise the contact was friendly, although no help for our complaints / no other suitable apartment to change or otherwise - the apartment is in an secured complex, you need a key card to enter the whole complex. It can be a problem for arrival and departure, because the key card is looked in a box right in front of the apartment itself. So you need someone to open the main gate and main door to apartment, otherwise you can’t enter/access the apartment building or depart.

    Anlage gepflegt, aber am 31.8.26 hat des Restaurant in der Anlage geschlossen...

    Die Lage ist nicht gut. Sobald man aus der Anlage raus geht, gibt es nichts.... Ein Mini Einkaufsladen mit total überteuerten Preisen. Sonst viel Mühl und kaputte Gehwege. Nur von der Länge der Anlage ist der Gehweg gut. Wenn man 300 m weiter geht nur noch Plastikmüll überall.

    Der Strandabschnitt in der Anlage ist sehr steinig. 1 km weiter gibt es einen Sandstrand, aber man muss 25 EU pro Tag für 2Liegen und Schirm zahlen...

    Alles perfekt, super schön, gerne wieder!

    Die Wohnung war groß, modern, eingerichtet und sauber! Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte, und der Balkon mit Meerblick war der Hammer 🤩 Der Strand war unglaublich schön und man hat auch immer eine Liege gefunden. Der Aufzug zum Strand hatte einen besonders coolen Charme. ☀️ Von der Wohnung war immer sehr schnell jemand erreichbar und die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und angenehm! 🤗
